Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. General Information By booking a course or training session through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Our courses are designed to provide hands-on, practical training in digital design, AI, automation, marketing, and coding. 2. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with course details. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations by Participants: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date are non-refundable. Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a future date. 4. Rescheduling You may request to reschedule your course at least 3 days before the scheduled start date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply for requests made less than 3 days before the course. 5. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided. 6. Course Requirements Some courses may require participants to have access to specific software or accounts (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, AI tools). These requirements will be listed in the course description. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary equipment and software before the course begins. 7. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for a live session, instructors will do their best to accommodate you, but missed time cannot be refunded or made up. 8. Digital Course Materials Any materials provided during the course (slides, worksheets, recordings, etc.) are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold. 9.
