Booking Policy (Product Access) 1. General Information By booking a course through our website, you are purchasing access to a digital training product. Bookings are used as a method of enrolment and payment and do not represent a live appointment unless explicitly stated. 2. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your purchase. 3. Course Access The booking grants access to the purchased course or training product. Access details will be provided by email or via the members area, as described on the course page. Unless stated otherwise, access is provided for personal use only. 4. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once access has been granted. If access has not yet been provided, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 5. Course Materials All materials provided (videos, worksheets, recordings, certificates, etc.) are for personal use only.
